Donation Requests

If you would like to submit a donation request for your organization’s event, please thoroughly complete the Request Form and submit with requested items to info@nwsfa.com.

Please know that we receive many requests each month and do prioritize those that have direct affiliation and/or provided support to the Northern Wisconsin State Fair.

We proudly support area and charitable 501(c)(3) organizations that align with the Northern Wisconsin State Fair Association’s giving focus. Priority is provided to non-profit organizations located within the Chippewa County area and involved with the Northern Wisconsin State Fair. Requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event and organizations that benefit are requested to submit one request per 12-month period. We do not donate cash and cannot donate directly to individuals.
